Using grace instead of negativity in your communication with self and others means you are strongly connected to your fifth chakra. It is here, where you gain the perception of subtlety.
Vishuddha means “purification”. In this chakra, connected to neck & thyroid, you can literally purify language, knowledge and communication. You contain a faculty of higher discrimination in the throat chakra. When you are strongly aware of the fifth chakra energies, you easily discriminate Truth from all communications with others and yourself.

Tibeyogaのもとでチベット体操を学び、認定校として活動している
横浜・茅ヶ崎・藤沢・鎌倉で活動しているSunao先生。

３年以上、毎日チベット体操を続けられている方々に声をかけて
メールで各地に住む２７歳〜７５歳までの、当教室チベット体操参加の皆さんにアンケートをお願いしました。なぜか、皆さんが同じようなコメントをくれたのが驚きです。

Q１：なぜ毎日規則正しく続けてこられたのですか？

A:�仝�果を感じた（痩せる・身体が引き締まる・小顔効果・若返り効果・呼吸が上手になり肩こりが軽減した・身体が疲れなくなった・夜寝るまで体にエネルギーが充満しているのを感じる・夜すぐ眠れる・夜トイレに起きることがなくなった・妊娠効果・婚活効果・好きな歌手、タレントに会える。コンサートのチケットが取れる）１５名全員の答え。


Q2:チベット体操を朝、ご自宅で続けるうえで、ご家族がその様子を見ていたり、家庭の中で何か変化を感じましたか？１０名の方（５名の方は一人暮らし）

��家族間のトラブルは面倒なので、今までは逃げていたが、なぜか解決しようと思い。逃げないようになった。
��ぼんやりしていた旦那がおれも何か努力しようかな・・・といった。

それはチベット体操でチャクラが開いたとか、スピリチュアルなものが聞こえるとか、そうゆうことでなく、お教室の中で、過去をさかのぼる瞑想を行った時「直観とは失敗の数である」と先生の声が聞こえた時に腑に落ちた。ストーンと納得し、「過去の失敗」を大事にしようと思えた瞬間から直観・洞察力が冴えるようになった。（１０名）

ゆっくり最近のチベット体操のことが書けていませんでしたね

新しい出会いを引き続きいただき、皆さんから課題も頂戴し、
毎回新しい気持ちで教室を続けています。

ネットワークを通じて出会う不思議さ、ご縁に感謝しながら
来年はさらに奮闘できそうです。

本当にありがとうございます。

皆さんは”人生は偶然で成り立っている”と感じられたことありますか？
チベット体操での出会い、養成講座やワークショップに来てくださる皆さんとの出会い。

過去から一本道で繋がっているように思えても、単なる偶然？の出会いもかもあります。

ただ、私はその偶然を磁石のように引きつけられるかに、インストラクターとしての技量が現れると思っています。

勇気を出して声をかけること、相手に迷惑でないかと気を回して行動をためらわないこと。

チベット体操面白いね。このインストラクターに次回も習いたい！と思っていただくには、
とっさに反応行動しなければならないことも多く、

寝ているとき以外、チベット体操や呼吸法、参加くださる皆さんのことを考え
チャンスに反応するアンテナを養うことも大切だと感じています。

思いの強さは行動になります。

お教室に来てくださる方々も、忙しい中一生懸命時間をつくって参加くださいます。
仕事や家庭の協力を得て、新幹線で来てくださる方。
何年も興味を持ち続け、やっとこられた方。
介護の時期を終えて、また介護を挟んで「先生、やっと落ち着きました~」と来てくださる方。

偶然を必然に変えて、自己の成長だけでなく、周囲への貢献までチベット体操を広げてくださる
お教室の皆さんに感謝を込めて、

チベット体操とは、大きな価値を手にすることができるものだと思います。

12月も一緒に駆け抜けましょう。調和のとれたコミュニティーでいられることに幸せを感じています。

With Mercury in retrograde you have the possibility of experiencing infinity in a finite form, and you have to develop strong roots of the auric body to sustain such prosperity.
